Petra Penz
Petra Penz's art explores the hidden truths beneath the surface of the visible. In large-format, abstract compositions, she explores the layers of our existence - from personal memories to collective experiences.
Her creative process is a meditative journey: precise color palettes and rhythmic structures create a visual language that oscillates between structure and dissolution. Each work thus becomes a resonance space for the complexity of human experience - between surface and authenticity, social mask and inner self, memory and transformation.
In her series she follows traces of female genealogy and existential questions - always looking for moments in which a deeper truth is revealed behind the visible.
